Services

Learel Ltd provides commercial consultancy, interim, and fractional commercial leadership services to businesses in the energy technology and property technology sectors. Specific terms governing any engagement are set out in a separate Services Agreement and Statement of Work agreed between Learel Ltd and the client prior to commencement of work.


Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply to all Learel Ltd engagements:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Retained engagements are invoiced monthly in advance
  • Fixed fee engagements are invoiced in accordance with milestones agreed in the Statement of Work
  • Day rate engagements are invoiced in arrears at the end of each calendar month

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Learel Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Work product created by Learel Ltd during an engagement remains the intellectual property of Learel Ltd until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the Services Agreement.


Confidentiality

Learel Ltd treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information about a client's business to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.


Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from any engagement with Learel Ltd, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.


Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any engagement with Learel Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
